PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
With a background in Architecture and Landscape Design, Mathilde Barragán brings more than five years of experience transforming ideas into functional, sustainable, and visually compelling spaces.
Her work spans from architectural visualization and site planning to irrigation and lighting design, integrating both creativity and technical precision into every project.
As a CAD Designer and Render Artist, she has led diverse visualization projects, developing photorealistic visuals, 3D animations, and detailed construction documents that clearly communicate design intent and elevate project presentations.
Previously, through MB Architecture in Quito, Ecuador, she delivered complete design services — from concept to construction — for architectural, landscape, and commercial projects. Her approach combines artistic sensibility with rigorous technical execution, ensuring every detail aligns with both aesthetics and performance.
Mathilde is a Licensed Architect (Ecuador) and a Licensed Landscape Irrigator (Texas), certified by TCEQ. Her experience across multiple project types — from residential and commercial developments to large-scale community master plans — reflects her passion for designing environments that enhance quality of life and connect people with nature.
