PROJECT SHOWCASE
BUILDING AURA
The project features 20 apartments with 1, 2, and 3-bedroom layouts, each strategically positioned to capture natural light and expansive vistas. The design revolves around a sculptural vertical circulation core, where staircases, level shifts, and terraces define a dynamic spatial sequence.
MIXED USED RESIDENCE LV INTERIOR DESIGN
The interior design of House LV is centered around adaptability and warmth.
The kitchen is conceived as the heart of the home—visually open and spatially
integrated with the living and outdoor areas. Clean, modern lines define the
cabinetry and counters, with finishes that balance functionality and
personality.
FOLDABLE PAPER TEXTILE – FURNITURE DESIGN
This project explores the potential of foldable surfaces as adaptable architectural
components. The concept is based on creating a flexible, textile-like skin using folded
paper techniques that can be shaped into a variety of spatial or functional forms.
Through iterative folding and material testing, I developed a modular surface that
responds to both structural and ergonomic needs.
SITE DEVELOPMENT ALTOS
DEL RIO CAONI
The House LV site is planned as a small residential compound that blends privacy, community, and nature. Alongside the main house, the layout includes two future homes, a guardhouse, a clubhouse, and a shared pool.
